Valleydale Café, established in 2009, stands as a unique and invaluable learning hub within Lilydale Heights College. This exceptional establishment is entirely managed and operated by our students, providing a comprehensive ‘hands on’ education in the art of running a café. Our students undergo rigorous training in a range of areas, including food hygiene and safety, food and beverage service, barista skills, customer service and financial budgeting.
