Student Excellence Program
The Victorian High Ability Program (VHAP), in collaboration with Virtual School Victoria, is tailored for high-ability students in Years 7 and 8. VHAP comprises ten-week online courses in Mathematics and English and empowers students to express themselves freely, make independent decisions about their work, be inspired by their peers, build confidence in their choices and abilities, and foster enthusiasm for learning. Upon completing the program, students participate in face-to-face masterclasses at Yarra Ranges Tech School alongside other high-ability students from local schools, providing a valuable opportunity to connect, collaborate, and further enhance their mathematical and English abilities.
