VCE Vocational Major

Lilydale Heights College offers the VCE Vocational Major study program to eligible students in Years 11 and 12. Students complete core subjects at the College – Literacy, Numeracy, Personal Development Skills, and Work-Related Skills. Additionally, students complete a VET/TAFE subject, and have the opportunity for workplace learning. In this program, may also be able to undertake a School-Based Apprenticeship or Traineeship. This program is ideal for students who are looking to experience learning in a variety of settings, and who has an interest in branching out into the workplace.

Phillip Island Camp - '23

A fantastic time was had on Year 7 Camp, with 154 students and 16 staff enjoying great weather, food and activities at the CYC Camp at Phillip Island.

Holocaust Museum Excursion

This semester in our History class we have learned about the aftermath of World War I, the rise of the Nazi party and the stages of the Holocaust.

Year 10 Outdoor Ed Overnight Exploration

Toward the end of Term 1, our Outdoor Ed class explored various areas around the outside of Yarra Valley and Murrindindi Shire over two days.

Café Hours 2023

Valleydale Café will open on Thursday 29th April 2021 and will be open on most Thursday’s and Friday’s until the end of June.

Year 8-12 Enrolment

If you are interested in enrolling at Lilydale Heights College, please complete the Application Form.

Year 7 Enrolment (Gov)

An Application for Year 7 Placement form must be filled out and returned to the Year 6 Coordinator at your primary school. If you would like your child to attend Lilydale Heights College, it is important to list us as your first preference.

Open Night '23 Success!

Excursion to Harry Potter and The Cursed Child

The Year 9 Drama class and the Year 11 VCE Theatre Studies class went to the Harry Potter and The Cursed Child performance for our Term 1 assessment.

Silver and Gold Duke Of Ed Exploration to the Peninsula

Our first group of students ventured out this month for their Award exploration; a four day self-sufficient exploration is a requirement.
