Welcome to all the new Year 7 students and welcome back to everyone else

The Year 8 cohort finished their official classes by participating in the Voice of 8 Program.

Congratulations Compass Award Students – you have completed your exploration day in your local environments.

Students and staff were encouraged to take some night time photos during the last few weeks and submit them to Mrs Rayner via email for inclusion in our College Daily News and The Heights Newsletter.

Our students and staff have embraced the compulsory wearing of masks whilst at school.

Well done to the students for their excellent behaviour, respect and application during our cooking on the campfire activity held on Monday 22nd June. It is always our passion to complete as many activities as we can in the outdoors, so we organised the cooking of jaffles, spiced apples and obviously marshmallows with a camp fire.

During Remote Learning, a daily Sports Quiz was held on the Daily News, with a variety of questions over seven weeks.

Thank you to the Year 10 Peer Support students who are doing a fantastic job of building relationships with the Year 7 students. Recently, this has included a trip to Year 7 Camp in addition to their normal weekly activities.

What a great day we all had at the Swimming Carnival! A little chilly out of the water, the pools were the place to be.

Our small Gold group of students attended this activity and completed some excellent work full of respect, responsibility and excellence.

Peer Support is off to a great start this year with students getting to know each other and developing friendships.
