Congratulations to our Junior Awardees, they completed their first hike experience on Wednesday 23rd March.

On Monday March 21st, a group of 15 leaders from Year 10, 11 and 12 headed up to Coldstream Primary School to help facilitate a student leadership training day they were running for local primary school students.

On March 16th, the Year 10 Peer Support class visited the Year 7 Camp at Phillip Island. We were assigned to participate in a variety of activities with the Year 7’s as soon as we arrived at the camp site.

Congratulations to Ryekan, Sam and Spencer on their first visit back to Yarra Ranges Tech School (YRTS) for their Koorie Student Program.

Well done to our cyclists – After school earlier this month, we rode along the Yarra Valley Trail to Yering and back.

Over 40 students in our Award Program came together on the second-last Wednesday of the term to have some fun and celebrate completing the final aspects of their Awards.

On 1st December, the Year 9’s ventured to Fun Fields Waterpark in Whittlesea on a beautiful 32 degree day.

On Wednesday 17th November, the Year 10’s celebrated what has been a challenging year with “Lunch on the Lawn” in SELF.

Our students in the Award Program have continued to persevere and explore the outdoors near them.

Congratulations to all the Year 12 students and staff who competed in the Steptember challenge over the entire month of September.

Thank you to all students who participated in the book/character dress up day held on Monday 21st June.

On 21st May a group of Year 9 students went down to Box Hill TAFE Lilydale Campus to get a ‘taste’ of TAFE life.
