Great job to all! It was a pleasure to take this group of students out to explore this amazing coastal environment. These students faced the challenges of wet and windy weather in the week leading up to camp, but everything was worthwhile and the major levels of rain held off for us!!!

The students continued to support each other through the three day experience. Their navigation, motivation when tired, cooking and camping skills are clearly developing. We had so many laughs in the wet and the dry and the students achieved their learning goals of exploring and learning new information about the Otways and the Lorne coastline. They also extended their personal skills and abilities in a variety of ways; in particular their map reading, campcraft and especially the fishing experiences grew.

Congrats Silver Duke of Ed group 2022 for being resilient, responsible and excellent!!!!
