Last week Café Culture students ran two successful Mother’s day fundraising events. We have been doing these Mother’s Day events for approximately 12 years and every year we receive tremendous support and we thank all of those who attended this year. Your attendance not only supports our students but also supports Breast Cancer Network Australia( BCNA) which is such a great cause supporting women with breast cancer. A donation will be made.

I was really impressed with how the students performed completing both front of house and back of house tasks and congratulate them on their efforts.

I would like to thank Daithi and the Hands on learning team for their assistance in making stands for the lattice screens and to Darren for his help painting them. And as usual I would like to thanks Anne Wilkins for her incredible contribution to running the events. We cannot do these events without her.
